For our PowerSTAR series commercial heat pumps, we use Mitsubishi EVI DC Inverter compressors. For our residential EcoSTAR Pro and EcoLITE series, we use high-quality Twin-Rotary compressors, which are known for their reliability and efficiency.

Yes, many of our heat pump series are designed for extreme conditions. The EcoSTAR Pro, EcoLITE, and HeatSTAR series all have an ambient temperature operating range down to -25°C. The PowerSTAR+ commercial series also operates down to -25°C. Furthermore, our HeatCOOL series can operate stably down to -35°C with EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection) technology.

Our heat pumps offer industry-leading seasonal efficiency. The SCOP values vary by model and series:

• EcoSTAR Pro series: SCOP up to 5.62 (at 35°C).

• EcoLITE series: SCOP up to 5.19 (at 35°C).

• PowerSTAR+ series (Commercial): SCOP up to 5.22 (at 35°C).

• Libra Air FI series (Swimming Pool): SCOP up to 7.9.

We prioritize quiet operation. Our flagship EcoSTAR Pro series features 14 layers of noise reduction, achieving a sound power level as low as 50 dB(A) and a sound pressure level of just 36 dB(A) at 1 meter. The EcoLITE series has a sound power level as low as 50 dB(A). The Libra Air FI swimming pool heat pumps are designed for "whisper-quiet integration" with multi-layer sound insulation.
